In honor of World Down Syndrome Day, take a look inside the Brooklyn theatre company that gives developmentally disabled individuals the opportunity to perform. DreamStreet Theatre Company is a nonprofit that was founded in 1998 by Karuna Heisler, a social worker and performer.
