If you want to build lean fat burning muscle, it’s all about progressive overload and it’s key to building and maintaining muscle. It’s something that rarely will effective be achieved through random, inconsistent or repetitive workouts. If that just confused you, that’s why trainers help clients achieve results more so than you likely would on your own bopping around to different group ex classes or randomly choosing a workout on Pinterest or fitness app without clear direction. Yes Peloton has some programs that do this!! However, I don’t love them - that’s just me! I believe the best workout is the one you’ll do! I’m lucky to have found my tribe and have stuck with my trainers for 4 years now!
