A lot of people wonder why I chose to go this route after filming my own fitness videos for years… The truth is, I loved the message and the workouts and found the science backed strategies to be educational, and quite frankly life-changing.. currently I do not track macros, but tracking helped me realize how much fuel my body actually needed. Currently I do practice intermittent fasting, but I only do so between 12 and 15 hours depending on my cycle. As your coach, I work with clients and help them implement a strategy that is best for them.
