10-minute Plyo Box Leg-Day Workout

Lower body workouts are important to strengthen your quads, hamstrings, calves, hips and glutes — all the muscles you need for walking, running, climbing stairs and lots of other everyday activities. This video workout we've created with CrossFit athlete and fitness influencer, Jordan Shalhoub, will hit all those muscles (and likely feeling sore the next day)
The entire workout only takes 10 minutes to complete. You'll warm up for one minute, push yourself in the main workout for eight minutes, and then finish up with a one-minute cool down.

Warm-Up
10 jumping jacks
10 burpees

Main Workout
Do three rounds of the following for time:

16 box jumps
16 weighted step-ups (8 on each leg)
16 split squats (8 on each leg)

Cool Down
Pigeon pose
Dragon stretch
