Okay so now we can go over some layering techniques. The only technique about layering is basically letting the previous color below a chance to dry and if your coming into corners, give yourself enough room to come back into. So as I come and layer this inner gel, I'm kinda overlapping the green and the blue, the outline. I've definitely gave it at least 10-15 minutes for it to dry. So that the layer of paint sticks evenly. And left myself room to cut into. Just give it that nice clean, tight look. It's really as simple as that. Not too technical. It's just remembering not to get too far ahead of yourself and let the paint dry. And to stat building and working your colors out.
