Salted chocolate chip, cranberry and coconut, and white chocolate walnut! I paired the white chocolate with the cranberry and coconut. The pumpkin pie spice with the white chocolate and walnut. And the classic hot cocoa with the salted chocolate chip, but you really can make the combinations your own!!

COOKIE RECIPE:
Yields: 20 mini cookies of each flavor or 60 mini cookies of one flavor
4 Tbsp of butter
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 egg
1 1/2 cups of AP Flour
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt
For chocolate chip cookies add:
1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips
and a sprinkle of salt on each one
For cranberry and coconut:
1/8 cup of dried cranberries
1/8 cup of coconut
White chocolate and almond:
1/8 cup of walnuts, chopped
1/8 cup of white chocolate chips
*or the same measurements of any ingredients really you like.
CLASSIC HOT COCOA RECIPE:

2 Tbsp of cocoa powder
2 tbsp of sugar

2 Tbsp of white chocolate
1/8 tsp of nutmeg
dash of cloves
PUMPKIN SPICE HOT COCOA RECIPE:

1 cup of vanilla almond milk (or whole milk, if you don't like almond milk)
2 tsp of pumpkin puree
1 Tbsp of chocolate chips
1/8 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
