CANNOLI CREAM RECIPE: Classic Vanilla Cream Flavor
15 oz container ricotta cheese
8 oz mascarpone cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup whipped cream (1/2 cup heavy cream & 1 tbsp of sugar)
*Divide into 4 bowls to make all 4 flavors

CHOCOLATE CANNOLI RECIPE:
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp milk chocolate, finely chopped
*multiply recipe by 4 if only making 1 flavor

PISTACHIO CANNOLI RECIPE:
2 tbsp pistachios, finely chopped
2 drops green food coloring
*multiply recipe by 4 if only making 1 flavor

STRAWBERRY CANNOLI RECIPE:
2 tbsp diced strawberries
2 drops red food coloring
*multiply recipe by 4 if only making 1 flavor
