1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon stevia
1/2 teaspoon tapioca
Apple Pie Oatmeal: serves 1
1 cup instant oatmeal
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1 tablespoon apple sauce/puree
1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
