According to Psychologist, emotional burnout is defined as a negative psychological state that may manifest physical, behavioral, and cognitive symptoms that impair our normal functioning and cause us severe distress. Are you wondering if you could be emotionally burnt out? Or are you looking for advice on how to recover from emotional burnout, how to manage stress, or how to avoid burnout? Stress is an inevitable part of life that we all have to deal with from time to time. It’s normal to feel exhaustion when you feel pressured or overwhelmed. However, when stress gets out of hand and becomes too much for us to cope with, then it begins to put your mental health at risk.
