Good Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) is creating value for companies and their employees, with most D&I designed around identity categories. Andrew Jakubowski, MBA '20, discusses two of the key limitations of designing D&I in this way. He suggests that thinking more about individuality in our D&I is a means to overcome these limitations and unlock greater value from our people, teams, and companies.
