Apple Cider Donut Cake Recipe Cake 3 cups All-Purpose Flour 1½ teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1 teaspoon Signature SELECTⓇ Ground Cinnamon ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon ground ginger ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg 3 large eggs 2 cup Signature SELECTⓇ Apple Cider, reduced to 1 cup 1 cup vegetable oil ½ cup light brown sugar, packed ½ cup granulated sugar ½ cup unsweetened applesauce 2 teaspoon vanilla extract Glaze 1 cup powdered sugar 2–3 tbsp Signature SELECTⓇ Apple Cider(adjust for desired consistency) Instructions Make the cake: Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, ginger, and nutmeg in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, reduced apple cider, oil, brown sugar, white sugar, applesauce, and vanilla. Whisk the flour mixture into the egg mixture until smooth. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350°F for 40-50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. While warm, make the glaze: Whisk together the powdered sugar and apple cider. Drizzle over cake and enjoy!
