CAKE BATTER INGREDIENTS:
Yields: 2 5" cakes
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp canola oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 cup & 2 Tbsp AP Flour, sifted
1/4 almond milk (or regular milk)
*Note: AP Flour stands for All Purpose Flour
1 medium green apple, peeled, and sliced

CHEESECAKE BATTER INGREDIENTS:
4 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 a large egg (beat an egg and then add half of it)
1 1/2 tbsp sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp heavy cream (I accidentally didn't add this in my video, but it makes for a smoother consistency)
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt

CRUMBLE INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup AP Flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp sugar
pinch salt
1/4 butter, melted
