INGREDIENTS:
Yields : 2, 3 cup bundt cake pans
Cake Batter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
6 tbsp canola oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup apple sauce
1 cup peeled and diced apples
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp all spice
1 1/2 cup AP flour
1/4 cup almond milk (or regular milk)

Cheesecake Filling
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
6 tbsp sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
