Betty demonstrates how to make Almost Fat-Free Turkey Gravy for Thanksgiving. This is a quick and easy recipe to make, and it is such a great accompaniment for turkey!
Ingredients:
broth from 10-pound roast turkey, fat removed
2 tablespoons cornstarch
water, as needed
In a medium-sized pot, stir together the broth and cornstarch. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and continue to cook until thickened, stirring occasionally and adding water, if needed, for the desired consistency. Pour immediately in gravy boat and serve. Delicious!
