Betty demonstrates how to make Feta Cheese and Olive Dip for holiday parties and get-togethers. This dip has a mixture of feta and cream cheese, along with chopped olives and some Italian seasonings.

Ingredients:
3-ounce package cream cheese, softened (You may increase the cream cheese to 8 ounces for a milder olive flavor.)
2 tablespoons olive juice from a jar of green pimiento-stuffed olives (You may omit the olive juice for a milder olive flavor.)
4 ounces feta cheese crumbles, softened
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
½ cup chopped green pimiento-stuffed olives
olive slices, for garnish
crisp crackers or melba toast, as an accompaniment
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add olive juice, feta cheese, garlic, oregano, and basil. Beat until mixture is combined. Fold in chopped olives. Place in serving dish. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set. Garnish with olive slices and serve with crisp cracker or melba toast. This is a great dip for a holiday party or sports event. Enjoy! Love, --Betty ♥♥♥
