This exercise is one of my favorites for isolating the hamstrings, however it will require a great deal of core control and stability to perform. If you have a hard time balancing on one foot, we will go over some modifiers to help you build the strength you need to be able to do it on your own. This exercise is also great for correcting imbalances you might have in your legs and I personally love to use it as a finisher exercise in my hamstring workouts! Add 3 sets of 12 reps per leg to your next workout! #HTH #SHFAthlete
