This is my recipe for quick and easy Moist Irish Soda Bread! This quick bread will win your heart because it is just so soft and flavorful! It has this incredible vanilla flavor that's bursting with plump juicy raisins and delicate little currants. You have to simply just try this out!

Ingredients:
1 box vanilla cake mix
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup cold butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 cup raisins
Directions:
Pulse the cold butter and cake mix with the flour until butter turns into pea size pieces.
Add in a separate bowl the milk and egg and mix together until combined.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients together with the baking soda and mix just until combined.
Place dough on the surface with a bit of flour to form circle.
Brush the top with a beaten egg if you please.
Slice tan x on top and place on your baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 minutes, cover with foil halfway if it browns too quickly.
Enjoy!
