Champorado or tsampurado (from Spanish: champurrado) is a sweet chocolate rice porridge in Philippine cuisine.
Ingredients
Glutinous rice------2 cups
Cocoa powder-----1/2 cup
Brown sugar--------1/2 cup
Evaporated milk---1 tin
Dried fish------------optional
Water-----------------2 liter
METHOD
Boil the glutinous rice for 15 minutes once it is cook add the cocoa powder and sugar stir continuously and cook it again for 5 minutes.
Add 1 tin of evaporated milk and a side dish of dried fish.
