This simple meatball & pasta dish is perfect to impress someone on Valentines :)

Ingredients: serves 2

3 sausages (I used Pork, fennel, chilli & garlic) meat only

Pasta sauce
5 tomatoes, skin off and chopped
2 tbls olive oil
1 tbls garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp sugar
salt & pepper to season
2 basil sprigs

1 cup cherry tomatoes
200g Tagliatelle pasta
Parmesan cheese & basil leaves to serve
