These fiery fingers are based on the original K&Ns chicken fried strips and serve as an amazing starter to your main course! These crunchy yet delicate strips can be stored before frying and are an easy snack to pack up for your child's school. Don't forget to pair it up with a scrumptious thick mayo sauce.

MARINATION:
1. 1 kg boneless chicken stripes
2. 1 tsp black pepper powder
3. 1 tsp paprika powder
4. 1 tsp salt
5. 3 tbsp lemon juice
6. 2 tbsp chili sauce
7. 2 tbsp vinegar
8. 2 tbsp soy sauce
9. 1 tsp cornflour
10. 1 tsp AP flour
11. 1/4 tsp orange food color
12. 1 egg

COATING:
1. 1 cup AP flour
2. 1/2 cup rice flour
3. 1/4 cup cornflour
4. 1 tsp salt
5. 1 tsp red chili powder
6. 1/4 tsp orange food color
