200g dark chocolate
130g butter
1 tsp instant coffee
1/4 cup water
1 2/3 cups SR flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup caster sugar
3 eggs
1/3 cup buttermilk

Serve with melted chocolate & milk, white & dark chocolate shavings
