Claypot Chicken Rice (with Homemade Roasted Chicken) OR Sar Po Fun, is a delicious and easy-to-make, one-pot rice dish.. made with a DELICIOUS Homemade Roasted Chicken!
You can add green leafy vegetables too, which I skipped this time. Salted fish is also often added.
