Ingredients: makes 8

4 sheets puff pastry (cut into strips & triangles)
10 strawberries
1 cup blueberries
rind of 1 orange
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
icing sugar to dust

CUSTARD
4 egg yolks
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup corn flour
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
