1 1/4 cups SR Flour
2/3 cup custard powder
3 eggs
1/2 cup softened butter
2/3 cup caster sugar
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 tbls orange rind

Frosting

1 1/2 cups icing sugar
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 tbls fresh orange juice

orange rind to serve optional
