Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe:

Make your espresso (2 shots per 16 oz) and pour into a cup.
Put 2.5 tablespoons of pumpkin puree into the espresso and stir until the puree is mixed in with the espresso.
Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.
Add 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice.
Add ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Stir.
Pour milk into a saucepan, small pot, or milk frother and heat. The ideal temperature for steaming milk on a home espresso machine is between 150°F - 155°F. In your pitcher there should be 25% aeration.
Pour milk into mug and leave some room for your froth and spoon that out on top!
(Optional) top with almond whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
Sprinkle the top with a pinch of pumpkin spice.
