SPICY MARINADE:
8 Pork Chops
1/2 Cup (4 Ounces) Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup (2 Ounces) Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Chili Sauce
2 Teaspoons Mustard
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
Salt & Pepper
How to make:
1. Add all of your ingredients into a bowl
2. Mix everything together
3. Take out a container or sealable bag and add your Pork Chops into it
4. Pour your marinade in and throw it in the fridge for 8-12 hours
5. Turn your grill on on medium heat and coat your racks with some non-stick cooking spray
6. Place your Pork Chops onto the grill and add on some Salt & Pepper
7. Flip after a couple minutes and continue cooking until your Pork Chops reach 145F/62C

2. Mix everything together
3. Salt your Pork Chops
4. Brush your glaze onto one side of them
5. Turn your grill on medium heat and coat your racks with some non-stick cooking spray
6. Flip after a couple minutes (keep them glazed) and continue cooking until your Pork Chops reach 145F/62C
