In this session we met with leaders across industries to discuss the challenges and triumphs of being a woman in leadership today. Now more than ever, women are making history breaking through the glass ceiling that so often deters the course of their careers. This session will follow the journey of a diverse group of leaders and how they not only navigated these challenges, but intentionally create pathways for others through advocacy, mentoring and sponsorship.
