This Ethiopian dish is made from Tripe, Liver, Kidney and tongue, although you can add heart or other intestine parts. this video is in Amharic the national language of Ethiopia. Start by adding chopped onions to a hot dry pot and cook for 3 mins - Then add oil and the tripe and cook for 3 mins - add the tongue and again cook for 3 mins - Now add the berbers stir well and cook for 3 mins - Add the garlic ginger and a little Ethiopian Butter Kibbeh and cook for 6 mins - Add a little water - Now add the kidney and liver and cook for 10 mins, lower the heat now - Finally add salt to taste and more kibbeh cook for a further 10 mins and serve.
