Ethiopian Honey Bread Recipe - Amharic Ye Mar be Dabo

HONEY BREAD - SALT 1/2 TEASPOON - DRIED YEAST 2 TEASPOON - CORIANDER POWDER 1TEASPOON - HONEY 3 TABLESPOON - MILK 1 CUP - WARM WATER 4 CUPS -SUNFLOWER OIL 1 TABLESPOON - EGG 1 - ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 500G - Start by adding the dried yeast and a little warm water to large mixing bowl. Mix and leave for 5 mins. - Now add everything into the about, but not the flour and mix well - You can if you like make this bread with all milk or a 50/50 mix of water and milk, this is up to you. - Now add your flour and mix well - You have to kneed this bread for at least 5 mins - give it a good pounding to make sure the mixture all comes together. - You may have to add a little more water or milk to create the right dough mix - Now we have to double wrap the bowl in plastic wrap or cling film and set aside for about one hour. - This time will allow the dough to expand - We are looking for it to double is size. - Now oil or grease your tin and add the mixture - Cover with Foil and back in a pre heated oven for 30 mins at 190 - You could if you prefer steam this bread.
