Ethiopian Fish | Asa Goulash | Ethiopian Recipes in English | Youtube

Normally you would cut the fish into chunks but I had these wonderful little steaks so did it this way. This fish is called Nile Perch but you can use any type of fish you like.

1KG - 2.2 POUND FISH
4TBSP FLOUR
SALT PEPPER
1 ONION
1TBSP GARLIC
8 GREEN CHILLI
4 TOMATOES
2TSP TURMERIC
