This recipe in spoken in Amharic but has English text to help should it be needed. We will need, fish cut into bite size bits, sliced onions, garlic, cooked chickpeas, chilli, salt, turmeric flour, water & oil. In a mixing bowl with flour add salt and turmeric and dust the fish ready for frying. Get your hot and slowly add the dusted fish & fry for about 4 mins, then remove & set aside. Filter the oil to remove any flour and use a small amount to cook - This oil has lots of flavour - Add the onions, Turmeric, Garlic and cook for about 4 mins. Now add the cooked chickpeas stir and cook for a further 3 to 4 mins. Now add the fish stir & cover cook for 4 mins. Finally add fresh chilli and a touch of cold water, again cover lower the heat and cook for around 5 mins.As part of the HOW TO COOK GREAT NETWORK -
