This video is in Amharic but very easy to follow. We are using Kosta but you can use spinach, collard greens or another type of dark greens. Carrots, cabbage, ginger, garlic, olive oil, pasta make up the mix. Great for Fasting or if you are vegan. Please enjoy. We will cook the Kosta or collards green first then set aside and once the other vegetables are done we will mix them together. Use half the garlic n garlic with olive oil and onions to start the Kosta. We cooke Kosta for a long time about 15 to 20 mins. Now set aside and repeat with the carrots and cabbage.
