0:15 The EU just agreed a landmark deal on AI regulation – It’s set to become the first world power to enact a law of this kind. The new law will govern uses of AI such as in government surveillance and in publicly available models such as ChatGPT. The deal will be finalized in the coming days. It’s expected to come into force early in 2024.

Food waste also has a huge impact on the climate, accounting for 8% of global greenhouse gas emissions generated by the production, processing, distribution and decay of food that never even gets eaten.
