You guys! We were invited to go to Disneyworld in Florida to experience its NEW safety guidelines given the 2020 pandemic. What is going to Disneyworld like in 2020? How safe is it, and what has Disney done to meet/exceed CDC guidelines for sanitation and safety? Click to see!

Disney has taken great care to ensure safety during the pandemic. Checking in to the resort is super easy, and can be done beforehand with your room assigned/texted to you upon your arrival so you can go straight to your room. Masks are required of all guests in the parks, and social distancing is maintained in all lines and on shuttles and trams. Large shows, like the firework displays, are now virtual so large crowds won't gather and micro-parades are spontaneous for the same reasons. The food situation was AMAZING, as everything is ordered via the mobile app with a pick-up time assigned to you. I hope this is something that they keep going forward! There are hand sanitation stations before and after going on rides, as well as relaxation stations where you can sit down and take off your mask and breathe for a moment (all socially distanced). This is just a small example of the many precautions Disney has taken to ensure families can enjoy the Disney magic in a safe-yet-enjoyable manner. #DisneyCreators

We decided on visiting Hollywood studios the Day 1, Magic Kingdom on Day 2, and Animal Kingdom on Day 3. Special thanks to Disney for inviting our family on this trip (travel expenses were paid in exchange for IG posts).

On Day 1, in Hollywood Studios, Shaun and Daxton were especially excited to visit Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. Visiting the realistic and immersive experience in Batuu was super cool! The kids were able to go on the brand new "Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance" ride, as well as "Millennium Falcon: Smuggler's Run". We had a blast riding Toy Story Mania and Slinky Dog Dash. Later that day, Shaun took Daxton to Savi's Workshop for a special Light Saber creation ceremony. Dax LOVED it!!!

On Day 2, we took the kids to Magic Kingdom, and decided to dress up as characters from Disney's Peter Pan! Do you know the names of all of our Peter Pan characters??? Comment below! We loved trying out all the new Fall treats, including the Headless Horseman (strawberry Dole whip), and Poor Unfortunate Souls (cheesecake soft serve with raspberry syrup in Coke), among others!

On Day 3, the family went to Animal Kingdom where we visited Pandora and rode Flight of Passage. This was easily our most favorite ride of the park that day.
