Complete transcript: This practice is called the octopus. And here's how you do it. Taking your hand, then moving your fingers like the tentacles of an octopus, you're going to put this hand on the lower left of your stomach, down here. And then doing the same thing with this hand, you're going to place it around your heart. And applying a little bit of pressure and keeping your fingers moving. Do this for a couple of minutes. This is going to help signal to your body that you're safe to relax and you can begin to release some emotion. So, some of you might notice yourself yawning or maybe even having an urge to cry.
