Study recently showed that people who practice Japanese interval walking two times a week show a 50% decrease in symptoms of depression. Here's how you do it. To start you're going to warm up you're going to do 3 to 5 minutes of walking at a relaxed pace. Just like this next you're going to walk for three minutes at a brisk pace, so that you actually feel your heart rate going up, it'll look like this.
Then you'll do another three minutes at this slow recovery pace, you'll repeat that cycle five times for a total of 30 minutes.
