The customization process is done through a smartphone app. It guides you through taking a series of pictures of each foot, and then the data is sent FitMyFoot. Once they receive the photos, they make a model of your feet and then the custom insoles are 3D printed to match your feet including differences from the left & right foot!

The custom shoe insoles also have a shock absorbing heel cup for added comfort and are made with high-quality, yet minimal padding so they don't add unnecessary bulk to shoes.
