Watch as Shaun sets up the foam machine for the kids, as they swim in the pool. It essentially turns our pool into a huge bubbble bath!

Also, we originally rented this lake house for the week months ago thinking that we were going to use it for a retreat with our employees and our Hairitage team. Little did we know that shortly after we booked it, we would all be social distancing due to covid-19.

We were obviously super bummed that we couldn’t hold the retreat, but we decided to just go as a family since the lake house was already booked and paid for! We pretty much went from isolating at our house to quarantining by the lake, which was a great change of scenery! Even if you just try to go on one walk a day, I think it can really help boost your mood in these uncertain times. Getting some sun and fresh air outside of your house can really make a difference and help to clear your mind!

Brooklyn and Bailey, Kamri, and Rylan all found a Goodwill in the local town and decided to go thrift shopping. What did you think of their #thrifting #hauls?

A lot of times when we go on vacations, we try to cram in so many fun activities, because we love to get the most out of our trips! It was kind of nice this time to just sit and relax out on the porch, swing in the hammock, and hang out on the boat in the sun. That kind of relaxation was much needed for all of us, and it was definitely tough to leave!
