I particularly enjoy these Gingerbread Biscotti, as they are not overly sweet, have chunks of hazelnuts, lots of raisins and chocolate chips, lovely flecks of rolled oats, just a hint of molasses, and are warmly spiced with ground cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.
