This session is focused on the key question we must address as a society: How do we deal with difference? In other words, how do we deal with people who think and behave differently?

This webinar offers an innovative approach, and a meta-model, through the emerging field of Global Inclusion. Participants will gain:
· An understanding of the limitations of the fields of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, the Intercultural field and social justice.
· An awareness of how a competency approach can be effective in our work
· The ability to consider how this meta-model approach might be applied in your own context.
