Tools & Equipment:
Offset spatula
Scissors
Ziplock bag
Disposable piping bag
Open round piping tip
Spoon
Large cake board (I iced mine in black fondant)

Ingredients:
Double batch of GLOWING frosting (link below)
24 regular cupcakes (I baked mine in black cupcake cases)
Black candy melts (or you can use cookie icing, writing icing or black fondant)
