In January, 2012, 905 first-year MBA students from Harvard Business School traveled to 11 countries to help 140 global business partners develop new product or service concepts. This video is a snapshot of the work they did. The experience was just part of a new year-long required course called Field Immersion Experiences for Leadership Development (FIELD) that pushes an MBA education beyond learning management principles in an action-oriented discussion context into direct experiences.
