The entire Harvard Business School Class of 2013 spent the 15-week Winter Term practicing what they were learning from their required courses as they worked in small teams to build viable microbusinesses. This video is a snapshot of the work they did. The experience was just part of a new year-long required course called Field Immersion Experiences for Leadership Development (FIELD) that pushes an MBA education beyond learning management principles, in an action-oriented discussion context, into direct experiences.
