Giving & receiving great compliments is much harder than you may think. In the bustling world we live in, it's easy to miss out on giving a good compliment and miss out on the benefits of giving a good compliment. On the other hand, the damage and missed opportunities that come with rejecting or deflecting a good compliment can also be greater than you think. Helen, a Stanford MBA Candidate, explains why we behave the way we do when it comes to compliments and how we can all be better.
