Apple Cinnamon Granola with Honey Roasted Cinnamon Almonds
2 cups rolled oats
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ginger
¼ tsp nutmeg
½ cup applesauce
¼ cup maple syrup
½ cup cup dried apple, chopped
½ cup Blue Diamond Honey Roasted Cinnamon Almonds, chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl combine rolled oats, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Stir well.
In a small bowl whisk applesauce with maple syrup.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until they are well coated.
Spread mixture in a single layer onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes. Stirring every 10 minutes to help it
cook evenly.
Once the granola has cooled, mix in dried apple and almonds.
Enjoy!
Mocha Granola with Café Mocha Almonds
2 cups rolled oats
1-2 tsp instant espresso powder
2 tsp cocoa powder
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
¼ cup maple syrup OR honey
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup Blue Diamond Café Mocha Almonds, chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl combine rolled oats, espresso powder and cocoa powder. Stir well.
In a small bowl whisk melted coconut oil with maple syrup.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until they are well coated.
Spread mixture in a single layer onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes. Stirring every 10 minutes to help it cook evenly.
Once the granola has cooled, mix in chocolate chips and almonds.

Smoky Savory Granola with Jalapeno Smokehouse Almonds
2 cups rolled oats
½ tsp chipotle powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
1 egg white
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ cup sunflower seeds
¾ cup Blue Diamond Jalapeno Smokehouse Almonds
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl combine rolled oats, chipotle powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder and salt. Stir well.
In a small bowl whisk egg white, olive oil and maple syrup.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until they are well coated.
Spread mixture in a single layer onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes. Stirring every 10 minutes to help it cook evenly.
Once the granola has cooled, mix in sunflower seeds and almonds.
