Hey Everyone,
I am Alysha and I want to talk to you about Foods That Will Give You Gorgeous Skin.
Skincare routines are important, but did you know that the food you eat also affects how your skin looks? Take a look at some foods that will revitalize your skin and make it glowing.
Fruits and vegetables. The crucial thing to take here is the antioxidant properties that can protect your skin from harmful environmental compounds and slow down aging signs. The best choices are berries, apricots, squash, tomatoes, and broccoli, but you can’t go wrong with eating any fruit or veggie that you like.
Chocolate. We were also thrilled when we discovered that chocolate can help to have gorgeous skin. Cocoa is incredibly rich in antioxidants and an excellent way to protect against sun damage and combat wrinkles. However, make sure to stick to dark chocolate with at least 70% of cocoa contents.
Red wine. Who doesn’t like to relax with a glass of this soothing drink? Thanks to resveratrol, red wine can assist in keeping the skin youthful and glossy for longer. As always, make sure to drink responsibly.
Salmon. Actually, you can choose other types of fatty fish, too, such as herring or mackerel. The goal is to increase the intake of Omega-3 fatty acids, which play a vital role in dealing with acne, redness, and inflammation.
Walnuts. They are another excellent source of Omega-3s, as well as nutrients that support overall skin health. Vitamin C, vitamin E, and zinc are only a portion of compounds in walnut that can boost the appearance of your skin and protect it from environmental damage.
Okay, guys, that wraps up our video for today. Thanks for watching and stay tuned to consumer health digest for more videos!
