The goodness of Oiling your hair has been talked about and used for centuries.. It does play a very important role in Strengthening the hair.. I've put down down a few tips and i hope this video helps you all in achieving strong healthy hair.. I Love you all..

A Few Tips:

1) It's not just about the amount of oil you use but the Correct way of using the Oils in your scalp and Hair.. You can use the best of oils but if it isnt used correctly the ingredients in the oils won't help nourish the hair..

2 ) Most important steps :
- Always make sure you spend a 5-10 mins massaging the oil into the hair without this step the entire process is off no use( i've also mentioned this in the video) Your scalp absorbs the oil much better when its massaged into the scalp.. this also increases blood circulation which combined with the goodness of the oil improves hair growth..

- DO NOT use too much oil in your hair because you would end up using more shampoo to remove the oil and this in turn will strip layers of moisture from the hair.. Remember we are adding moisture into the hair and not removing it.. So, using the right amount of oil is very important.. I see this happen very commonly in Parlours and Salons where they deposit so much oil into the scalp and then do 3 rounds of shampoo which is the worse thing you can do to your hair as you hair will end up being even more dry..
