Not only is Ahi tuna rich in protein and omega-3 fats but toppings like pickled ginger, ponzu sauce and sesame oil add a burst of flavor you can't resist. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 pound Ahi tuna (cubed)
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. ponzu sauce (or soy sauce )
¼ cup sliced shallots
3 tbsp. masago (optional)
¼ cup seaweed salad
1 tbsp. black sesame seeds
Served with
Brown Rice topped with Furikake rice seasoning
sliced cucumber
pickled ginger
avocado
