Learn how to cover / ice your cake boards for perfect cake and cupcake presentation!

For all the work we go to creating beautiful cakes and cupcakes, there's nothing more fitting for your gorgeous creations than to have them presented on a beautifully iced, covered cake board.
An iced board makes your whole cake stand out, adds to the theming of your design and can be used to add test or details to enhance your cake and/or cupcakes.
This is perhaps not as exciting as some of our tutorials, but I present EVERY ONE of my finished creations on a beautifully iced, matching board and shudder when I see a plain old silver or gold cake board under an otherwise stunning cake.
Tools&Equipment:
Non toxic, water based glue
Water
Paintbrush
Knife
Fondant roller (a regular rolling pin will do)
Ribbon
Cake board
Ingredients:
Fondant in your desired colour
Cornflour to dust the surface
