Tools & Equipment:
8" cake tin
Greaseproof / baking paper
Plastic wrap
14" cake board
Spoon
Sharp knife
Offset spatula
4" & 6" cake boards (I'm just using them as templates so you can also cut these from cardboard or parchment paper)
Bread knife
Toy diggers & toy traffic signals

Ingredients:
Chocolate cake mix
Vanilla cake mix
Chocolate ganache (recipe link below)
Whoppers / maltesers / choc honeycomb / choc rocks / choc popcorn etc (Candy that looks like rocks and rubble)
Crushed oreo cookies - approx 1 packet
